Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule meetings
  • Conduct team meetings
  • Create presentations, as assigned
  • Prepare minutes of meetings
  • Administrative support
  • Manage all procurement
  • Provide team members service as first point of contact

Requirements:

 

  • English Proficiency
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, zoom
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills.
