MightyCall is a company that develops cloud telephony for small business in the United States. We’re looking for a customer communications specialist to our team who would be involved in conducting product interviews, webinars, one-to-one onboarding, gathering customers’ success stories.

 

Tasks:

 

  • Being involved in preparing scripts for interviews
  • Conducting phone interviews with clients from the USA and Canada
  • Reporting results based on conducted interviews
  • Conducting product and marketing webinars for the USA & Canadian clients
  • Gathering customers’ success stories for the website
  • One-to-one product onboarding for the VIP clients
  • Prospectively, duties will extend to the full supervision of research within the company

 Requirements:

 

  • Excellent English communication skills (fluent speaking and writing)
  • Ability to work from 4pm to 12am (as our clients are located in US/Canada)

  • An understanding of Customer Development principles
  • Knowing the main principles of conducting interviews
